To send a form using webmail such as yahoo, gmail or hotmail, you must have a fillable and savable pdf form.
- Make certain you have Free Adobe Reader version 8 or 9. Version 7 might work. If you're on a Mac, change the default viewer for pdf from "preview" to Free Adobe Reader.
- Fill the form and save the filled form to a place you can find it. Desktop is convenient.
- Open your email and start a message.
