Building your form from scratch is often necessary when you don't have a source document or if you need to create a dynamic form.  

 

This costs $10 more per page because we need to type all the informational text on your form.

If we are truly starting from scratch or a scribble on a napkin, we know that it takes even more revisions to transition from a handwritten concept to a finished form. Forms look different when typed so there are almost always edits for restructuring the page to look more balanced.

We will invariably be required to change some elements of your paper form to adapt to the user interface of fillable pdf forms.  For example, any references to "circle" your choice will be replaced with "select".  Space may be added to allow room for check boxes.
